Prior to review, personally identifiable information (such as names, locations, or contact details) is redacted from the transcripts. Reviews may be conducted by:

    • Professional staff of Limbic Incorporated (the parent company of Unpacked), and/or
    • Licensed mental health professionals engaged by Limbic Incorporated.

    Such reviews are intended to improve service reliability and to monitor for potential risks to user safety.

13. Mandatory Reporting and Legal Disclosures

    If, during the transcript review or any other aspect of service use, we identify information that reasonably suggests:

    • Child abuse or neglect,
    • Elder abuse or neglect,
    • Abuse or neglect of dependent adults or people with disabilities,
    • An imminent risk of harm to self or others,
    • Terrorism or national security threats, or
    • Any other act that requires mandatory reporting under your state or residence laws

    then we may be legally required to report this information. In such cases, we will disclose to the appropriate U.S. federal, state, or local authorities all information available to us that is necessary to comply with applicable mandatory reporting laws. We will not notify you that reporting has taken place.
